		<description>I have used the Enameled Cast iron Dutch oven over a camp fire to make chili.  It was fabulous!  The outside did turn black from the fire but all I had to do was wash it off with soap and water after it had cooled.  I did take the handle off prior to placing over the fire so it would not be damaged.</description>
