How to pre-season your Range Kleen Cast Iron Fry Pan

To Pre-season your Range Kleen Cast Iron Fry Pan: Use an Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Coconut Oil or a light cooking oil. Lightly coat the inside of the fry pan. For example, you can pour a little on a paper towel and rub the inside until evenly coated. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees. Let it cool completely and repeat pre-seasoning process three times.
