The first time I put the roaster in the oven, the lid handle bubbled up (I removed it from the oven when I started to smell burnt plastic). Why would you manufacture a cast iron roaster with a lid handle that can't be used in the oven? Can it tolerate up to a certain heat, or should it not be used in the oven at all?
