Holiday Safety Tip #1 – Holiday Traveling

With the Holidays fast approaching and shopping, celebrating and traveling on our minds, Range Kleen wanted to pass along a few safety tips that will be sure to make your Holiday season better.  Over the next week we will be posting a Holiday Safety Tip daily.  Be sure to check back to see what the next tip is.

Tip #1:  Holiday Traveling

 

        Make sure to either stop or have your neighbor pick up your mail, newspapers and or other deliveries.

       

        Leave your itinerary with a trusted neighbor in the event there is an emergency.

 

        Don’t leave keys hidden under rocks, mats over doors, on top of lights or in “key hide” devices.

 

        Make sure all windows and sliding doors are closed and latched.  A stick or rod cut to fit snugly in the side or bottom track can help prevent break-ins.`

 

        Use timers to give the appearance of occupancy.
