I know I should go get something lighter but I’m STARVED. It’s full of fat, but it does taste pretty good. I coulda hadda V8, but I don’t have one on me right now. Next thing you know, it’s deciding whether you want fries or onion rings.
Here are some ideas to avoid the above situation…..
1) Pack some V8 or other fruit/vegetable drinks in an insulated bottle for all day thirst quenching. Once you get used to doing it, you’ll CRAVE ‘em. Oh, by the way, did I mention rangekleen.com can assist with that ? Check them out at http://www.rangekleen.com/catalog79.php
2) Get on the web and research healthy alternatives for lunch. Armed with this new found knowledge, you can make great choices
3) Vary your snacks throughout the day. Almonds one day, maybe some pecans the next. Can’t go wrong with a box o’raisins either. Keeps you feeling less starved and provides energy to burn.
4) Pack your lunch with healthy stuff. There are several convenient containers that allow you to safely pack and store whatever you can “cook up” for tomorrows healthy lunch. Again, variety is important. Soups, salads, sandwiches…whatever. Oh, and did I mention Range Kleen has the containers you need for whatever you decide. Check them out at http://www.rangekleen.com/catalog79.php
5) By not driving to MacFastfood daily, you should save yourself some time…use this 10-20 minutes to enhance your healthy pursuit. Walk around the building, stretch some muscles you forgot about, do some sit ups behind you desk, whatever….you get the point.
6) Get movin’…this is the year !
