		<description>Have you ever tried to eat oatmeal raw, like cereal, with milk on it?  That&#039;s how I eat it every morning.  It is really good with a banana and some walnuts added too.  This is about as basic and healthy as you can get.  You really know what you are eating -- no additives or preservatives.</description>
