		<description>Nice review, but I am curious -- they mention the gridwork on the bottom that they initially thought they could take out.  What is it for?  I am guessing it is a design feature for &quot;shock absorbency?  or does it make it easier for you to get your fingers down there to get the cupcake out?</description>
