Did you ever think you would need sunshine?
Well now you do! Not only does a sunny day make you feel good and happy to be outside, it gives your body a vitamin. To stay health your body needs to be exposed to the natural sunlight for at least 15 minutes just a couple times a week. This allows your body to produce and absorb vitamin D to be a healthier person. If you are someone who hates the sun, you better turn that frown upside down and start enjoying it, because if you don’t get the proper intake it can result into health issues or can potentially be a factor in cancer diagnosis. Maybe you already have health issues and you don’t know why you are prone in getting sick, this could be an option to consider. We do recommend putting sunscreen on appropriate to your skin type, especially if you plan to be outside longer than 15 minutes. If you don’t protect your skin at least a little bit that can be very painful and can cause skin cancer eventually. To prevent burning while lying in the sun make sure to apply sunscreen every hour and be sure to not miss any spots. Even if you’re not swimming you’re sweating and you don’t want your body to be vulnerable to burning.
