If you are allergic it is best to call 911 if stung in the mouth or throat areas so that you may receive a shot immediately. That will help reduce swelling so that you can be able to breath. When you are allergic it can be a very dangerous situation to bee in if you are not carrying around medicine, to prevent being stung or prevent the situation from being fatal. If you are not allergic, look for the stinger, which would almost look like a splinter that will be sticking straight up and is usually black.

Instead of using tweezers you may want to use your fingernail or a plastic object that is not sharp to remove it. If you use tweezers it is possible that there may be venom still inside the stinger which when squeezed can irritate and cause pain even more. Once the stinger is removed you must make sure the area is cleaned really well with soap and water.

You can then use meat tenderizer, or baking soda and water mixed together to create a paste. This will take the sting out. After putting on, let sit for a minute and then take an ice cube to numb the area, this will also help the pain and reduce the amount of venom from the stinger that can be absorbed.

After following the above steps; be sure to use antiseptic or antibacterial cream to reduce infections on area where stung.
