2. Wash hands for atleast 20 seconds using soap and water. Wash hands after using the restroom, handling food, sneezing, coughing or physical interactions with anyone like shaking hands.
3. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue, when sneezing or coughing. If you do not have a tissue handy you can still prevent the spreading of germs by using your elbow.
4. Protect yourself and your family by buying hand sanitizer.
5. Avoid crowds.
6. Make sure to have plenty of rest.
7. Eat a balanced diet.
8. You can contact your local health dept. of a location where you can get a flu vaccination.
