Shipping Options and Charges
The charges shown for each shipping option also include charges covering expenses we incur in processing the order, packing the items you have purchased, transportation and all related overhead of getting your order out the door.
Sales Tax
All orders with a Ship To address in Ohio will be assessed the appropriate state and local sales tax rate for Ohio.
International Shipments
Should any other charges be required to process an international order, you will be contacted by our customer service staff with further information regarding these extra charges.

to phone our company with your question. All e-mail inquiry can take up to 72 hours for a response, not including weekends or holidays.
Returning a Product
Contact us at 1.888.391.2020 ext. 100 with any requests to return an order. You must be issued a return authorization before returning the merchandise. You may also e-mail us at info@RangeKleen.com or go to the Contact Us page to send a message. Shipment of return merchandise will be your responsibility unless it is pre-determined by Range Kleen to be any different. Any unused, new merchandise returned without a return authorization number will be issued credit that can only be used on rangekleen.com and is only valid for 30 days. If used merchandise is returned, we will contact you for payment on return shipment to you. You must respond within 30 days or merchandise will be destroyed and no credit will be issued. |
