I have a larger RqngeKleen broiler pan. Awkward in dishwasher.
So I bought this smaller one. There are only 3 of us, so this size works
well for 3 burgers and other items. So easy to clean!
Regular dish soap (Dawn). I also pop it in dishwasher for super clean in
a normal cycle. Very, very happy. Glad I bought two.

I needed to have some smaller oven pans that would fit with the larger ones I have, these were perfect, I can fit two of these smaller pans alongside the big ones and get a bunch of the tempeh patties I make done all at once.
Another great thing about enameled steel is that it conducts heat much better than stainless steel and wont rust like plain steed. I baked some Mahi Mahi in one of the pans yesterday with a little coconut oil to coat the pan. It browned up nicely and wasn't overdone.

I replace the 2 Sizes I have every few years... My local Rego Park. N.Y. NO longer carries it... I bought the larger one @ Walmart [only size in store] & the smaller one from you.... Apparently you must have discontinued the smaller size that I had, as this one I got from you is SMALLER, than the one I had.....I knew that, when I placed my order, but I had NO other option....
